In this article, let us state facts and provide their sources for everyone to verify—how refreshing in today’s world where false propaganda currently rules over objective news gathering and reporting, no?

One of the most difficult things about the modern era is that we now have most major news companies conducting propagandistic journalism—they often sell a hidden agenda, or support a party line or ideology, or they apply an editorial approach generated by their corporate controllers and facts become things to manipulate rather than report on accurately. The profession of journalism used to be one of noble watchdog duty but has now become one more akin to a “used car salesman flimflammer” – yellow and red journalism now thrives in America at all the major news outlets (none excepted). Making matters worse, there is a sea of bloggers who spout half-truths and half-facts. And still others in think tanks and nonprofit orgs who tout falsehoods and use facts and statistics to twist and confuse other facts and statistics so a clear picture cannot be assimilated or understood. And then there are the worse fact abusers of all time, US lawmaker who are highly skilled at bastardizing known facts to come up with convincing false arguments that help aid a Constitutional tearing down agenda or that forward personal and party political gains.

Is is not amazing that after being told several dozen times NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS by the vast majority of voters, that Congress and the White House are still trying to forward such a harmful and wicked deed on to America and Americans? In the Dem controlled media (7 of 8 reporters in the US news media are registered Democrats), we rarely hear the facts anymore on illegal or “criminal” immigration, which is a highly complex issue. It really boils down to two simple realities: It’s illegal and it’s very harmful to America and all Americans—the complete opposite of “legal immigration.”

This article does not deal with the supremely complex issue of “legal immigration”, which is far more reaching in its implications than is ever exposed and requires volumes of investigative work on its own. Here, we are only concerned with unlawful/criminal/illegal immigration aka “foreign invasion”.

Let’s examine just a small number of the vast amount of negative impacts illegal immigration and a proposed amnesty has or will have on the US and all its citizens (and law abiding immigrants).

Cost Impacts
There is a great deal of data on this issue now, most of which indicates that after all positive contributions to US society and industry, illegal immigration is impacting US taxpayers by more than $400 billion annually (however, due to time constraints here, such sources will not be ferreted out and offered up. Instead, I refer the reder to Bearn Sterns and other studies compiled in the Operation Safe America report put out by the Patriot Society. According to the 2007 report, illegal immigration was costing over $212 billion in direct costs and over $55 billion in indirect costs—at least $267 billion per year or $1 trillion every 5 years! (7, pg 33).

Identity Theft
The overwhelming majority of identity theft and its respective costs and impacts on Americans is being fueled by illegal immigration. (4)

Since 1986, when the Immigration Reform and Control Act combating illegal immigration set penalties for employers who knowingly hired illegal aliens, such illegal workers have been forced to buy fake ID’s to get a job in the US—virtually everyone working in the US illegally has therefore committed a serious crime (typically a felony in most states—a crime that would land most US citizens in prison for a few years). (3)

According to a financial industry report from a Javelin Strategy & Research Survey, Identity Theft is costing Americans about $50 billion per year, or $6,000 per person (not counting all the time impacts, which can add up to months and often impact the business where harmed victims work due to lower productivity). (8)

Unemployment
Then there is the hot button issue of the economy and US citizen unemployment issues that are really hard to swallow for most Americans.

If you are nearly 1 of every 5 Americans who is unemployed (17.3% receiving unemployment benefits or not) in early 2010, you may be interested to know that in every single work sector and category, including agriculture, Americans are already doing the work illegal aliens are doing—and are still WILLING to do the work and needing those jobs, according to facts provided in this detailed article. (11) The reality is, if illegal immigration was not allowed to flourish but instead abated, the current US unemployment rate would be about 4% across America—most US citizen families would have access to needed jobs—millions of which are high paying. (11)

100% Preventable Crime
One of the aspects rarely discussed in this debate is the reality of 100% avoidable crime and harms to Americans. For example, if a person who would otherwise commit an act or crime that results in harm or death to another person is not present, then the act cannot occur and nobody can thus be harmed. This is one reason why we have prisons—to remove potential harmful people from society and keep additional harms from occurring. Illegal aliens are not suppose to be in this country, therefore, the resulting crimes and harms they cause while here are 100% avoidable if they had not been here to begin with.

In 2004, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimated 6.1 million traffic accidents resulting in 2,788,000 injured and 42,636 killed. (14) If we assume there are 20 million illegal aliens with a total US population of 300 million, this could mean 7%* of all accidents involve illegal aliens, which resulted in 195,160 injuries and 2,984 deaths in 2004 alone or over 29,800 needless deaths over the last decade. Arguably there is a known error factor but the NHTSA does not track the legal status of drivers or those injured or killed—but we do get a general ballpark worth considering. It’s not unfair to assume about 7% of highway deaths and injuries could have been avoided had illegal aliens not been present in the country to begin with.

The reality is, illegal immigration currently results in the death of over 9,000 Americans per year, according to the Operation Safe America report (7)—a war on American soil pushed by foreigners who are not suppose to be here—a death rate ten times higher than that of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars combined—but no outcry—no outrage—only a sick-minded demand from law makers and the media for a reward of amnesty—just pay a small fine, go to the back of the line, but please stay as your reward—wow, our morals and ethics have really diminished in America when our lawmakers actually encourage, condone, and reward law breaking and its harms on US citizens and legal immigrants… but let’s keep going…

Violence & Crime
In 2005, the US Border Patrol made 1.19 million arrests—a shear foreign invasion affront that continues this very day. (36)

The 1999 to 2006 study by the Violent Crimes Institute in Atlanta found about 240,000 illegal aliens sex offenders are in the US and that 93 sex offenders and 12 serial sexual offenders come across U.S. borders illegally each day. (37) For every illegal alien offender studied, an average of four US citizen victims were harmed—35% of which were child molestations—24% rapes—41% either homicides or serial murders; all preventable had our borders been secured and laws enforced. (36)

The Victims of Illegal Alien Crime organization (http://www.voiac.org/) is not a website for the weak of constitution, for it lists the details and family photos of those harmed or killed by illegal aliens in what can only be described as “citizen-direct-statistical” website. If you are a parent, do not go to this website unless you’re prepared to shed tears of upset and outrage—especially for the children found there.

Aliens Corrupting US Law Enforcement
According to statements based on his own fact gathering, as well as concerns raised by Rep. Steven King (Iowa), we now have a significant problem with illegal aliens corrupting our Border Patrol agents—often bribing them to gain US entry and putting our entire national security at risk. (38) Such realities tend to prove that the US is now losing its moral, ethical, and honorable traditions that once defined the nation and made it exceptional—where justice was blind to the poor and rich alike and all citizens were once granted equality—a value system now being supplanted by one most favored by Third World nations and cultures—one of corruption, where laws and justice are optional and where those with money to corrupt rountinely operate and control the law.

Poor Mexican Economy Likely Up-Surging Illegal Immigration To US
According to firsthand research of my own surveying businesses and citizens in the border town of Tijuana and outlying areas in May 2010, owners are reporting that a new trend has kick-stated across Mexico due to the sagging economy (especially in relation to tourism). The men that once served a robust tourism industry (killed by a growing stigma of Mexico being the mass murder capitol of the world), are now leaving their families and crossing the US border illegally in desperate search of work–all because their own government refuses to help them. In fact, because of the incompetence and duplicity of the Calderon Administration in Mexico, many Mexicans feel the need to flee their own country. (If the trend continues, Mexico could eventually find itself without a substantial population).

This primary research suggests not only has illegal immigration not dropped significantly in the US, but has instead increased dramatically and that the federal government and mainstream media are not accurately or objectively reporting on the facts—hence the problem grows!

Reversing 50 Years Of Civil Rights Progress
“Before the [Swift & Co.] raids, roughly 90% of the Greeley plant workers were [illegal] Latinos,” said Local 7 union president Ernie Duran in 2006. (39)

When less than 13% of the city’s population is Hispanic but one plant holds a workforce of 90% Hispanics, essentially denying jobs to out-of-work Blacks and Whites, a clear case for criminal discrimination becomes apparent. This is typical of this issue.

Other major companies known for plying racial discrimination include McDonalds. (43) In San Diego, California, it is not uncommon to find an entire McDonald’s workforce to be strictly Latino, omitting Whites, Blacks, and Asians from their ranks. Older Latino workers are often just learning to speak English, suggesting many are here illegally.

McDonalds can ensure racial discrimination and the hiring of illegal aliens without fear because San Diego is a “sanctuary county” and most of its law enforcement are okay with not enforcing immigration laws—which means they support corproate racism and discrimination in San Diego County and its encompassing cities.

In another San Diego county example, famed Calloway Golf in 2009 fired much of its older workforce and kept or replaced it with younger Latinos, many of which were suspected of being illegal aliens who would work for much lower wages. Not only did the company violate age discrimination laws and the Rights of US citizen workers, but not one legal investigation was ever done even after protestors picketed for redress (and not one local newspapers reported on the discrimination or illegal immigration hiring aspects). (44)

Wage Depression For Legal Workers
In Marshalltown where Swift & Co was raided in 2006, the once high-paying jobs (over $20 an hour) were replaced by $12 per hour illegal Latino workers. (39) The process happened slowly. As illegal aliens were hired, wages were depressed and legitimate local citizens were unable to work at the plant because they could not live off such low wages. As the company continued to hire only illegal aliens, wages were depressed even further.

After the raids, criminal workers were jailed and legal citizens returned and not surprisingly, wages once again began to revert to normal levels, hence aiding the local tax base to grow as US citizens returned to work and a livable wage.

Black Market Labor Killing Tax Base
Between 4 to 6 million legitimate jobs have been shifted into the underground or black market due to illegal alien labor exploitation. Over $35 billion annually is estimated to be lost to the US tax base yearly from such black labor commerce, according to Bear Sterns. (40) In other words, we have millions of illegal aliens robbing America of $35 billion a year and our president and Congress want to reward them for it with citizenship—ouch?

Illegal Alien Terrorism
Terrorism security is also a powerful issue in respect to illegal immigration and it is creating more security threats than America can handle. (9)

“Between 1999 and 2001, the FBI prevented 10 possible domestic terrorists incidents, including two potentially large scale…” reported FBI Director Robert Mueller to Congress. (23)

In 2005, a confirmed al-Qaida terrorist (Iraqi national on the FBI’s terrorist list) was captured in Mexico, just across the border, while he was planning his entry into the US. He was turned over to the Brewster County Sheriff, according to Rep. Culberson speaking to ABC Radio host Sean Hannity. (32)

“There are 100 or more Al Qaeda operatives inside the United States, some of whom have been here for a considerable period of time,” said Senator Bob Graham of Florida, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee in a 2002 CNN interview. (24)

“…This underground pipeline originates in countries as far away as China, Brazil and Nigeria, where professional smugglers charge thousands of dollars to transport aliens to the United States. Many of these smuggling networks converge in Mexico, where coyotes intimately familiar with the gaps in our security take over the task of transporting aliens beyond the border into our cities,” reports the Washington Times. (7, pg 20)

“If smugglers can bring in tons of marijuana and cocaine at one time, and can smuggle 20 to 30 persons at one time, one can just imagine how easy it would be to bring in 2 or 3 terrorists or their weapons of mass destruction…and not be detected,” said Zapata County Texas Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzales during Congressional hearings. (22)

“There is no question that Al Qaeda is trying to acquire nuclear weapons: U.S. intelligence agencies have long believed that al-Qaeda attempted to acquire a nuclear device on the black market, but say there is no evidence it was successful,” reported USA Today in 2004. (25) Look at that last statement again… “no evidence it was successful.” Does this mean when the bomb goes off and 1 million American are dead because of an open border that we will then have the evidence we need to finally secure our border?

In 2005, illegal workers, painters, actually penetrated and gained access to a Florida nuclear reactor. (21)

“Sixteen illegal immigrants last year worked on construction at one of the most sensitive [nuclear] weapons sites in the country, according to a report issued by the Department of Energy’s Inspector General,” reported CNN in 2005. (26)

In 2002, ten illegal aliens were found working at a highly secured nuclear submarine base in San Diego, CA. (27)

In 2009, ironically on Thanksgiving, 33 Cubans—not Al Qaeda luckily (this time)—came on shore, accessing the supposedly impenetrable Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant facility offering up yet one more major hole in our national security—a security hole so big that simple, uneducated, and militarily untrained illegal aliens were able to penetrate one of the most secure nuclear facilities in the US without any effort. (28)

The news story almost reads like a comedy until one realizes it means any small team of highly trained Al Qaeda commandos could mount a water-based offensive from virtually any base in the Caribbean and penetrate our most sensitive nuclear installations toward invoking deadly sabotage to kill millions of Americans!

America Is Actually Aiding Terrorist Aliens
Between 2001 and 2004, at 24 of the nation’s largest airports, 607 illegal aliens had committed felonious identity theft and gained access to key security areas. Illegal workers, despite background checks, had also gained access to US military bases. (6)

The Government Accounting Office (GAO) reported that of the 6 pilots or leaders of the 9-11 Hijackers, 2 were visa overstays and 1 had violated a student visa. (6)

”Up to 15 of the 9/11 hijackers could have been intercepted or deported through more diligent enforcement of immigration laws,” according to a statements by 109th Congress—essentially admitting that lax enforcement of our immigration laws was chiefly responsible for the deaths of nearly 3,000 Americans on that fateful day! (29)

In 2004, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (now part of the Department of Homeland Security as ICE), reported that an estimated 78,000 potential terrorists (aliens from countries that sponsor terrorism) were on U.S. soil, most having crossed our Southern border illegally and residing in the US completely anonymous to authorities. (7)

During 2005 alone, Border Patrol apprehended approximately 650 people coming from countries known to sponsor terrorism. (2, p2) They can only estimate the number that they are not catching—some agents have estimated as many 6 escape for each one captured.

Between 2001 and 2005 (June), the Department of Homeland Security admitted to knowingly releasing (without background checks) onto US streets, 45,008 illegal aliens from countries that sponsor terrorism. (33) Why—because they said their alien’s home country was refusing to take them—many were from communist China (you know, that country that supplies most of Walmart)!

According to calculations by the Patriot Union of America using the 2007 FBI investigation and capture rates of potential and real terrorists (averaging about 140 per year), it would take the FBI over 557 years to round up and process all the potential terrorists estimated on US soil by the INS over 6 years ago (thousand more are said to have come to the US since then). (7) In other words, unless America uses some form of sweeping clean-up, American deaths by foreigner terrorism is assured—strictly because of our nation’s incompetence and lack of political will—American children are expendable!

ANALYSIS
The reality is, supporting lax law enforcement and condoning criminal behavior in mass by foreigners undermines America, Americans, and their collective security in all its forms, including economical. Yet this great big elephant in the room is the one thing the far left refuses to acknowledge or address, instead, choosing to open America’s borders to the world and hell be the security and death costs to Americans.

Cost Too High – Country-Collapsing Debt Required
Yet, of all these issues, perhaps the biggest threat to America is actually one of cost in terms of our national debt and ability to weather such a costly prospect as an amnesty.

Forget the fact that amnestying 12 to 33 million criminal aliens would be unconstitutional and illegal (45) (Congress no longer cares about our Constitution), just look at the cost factor alone for an amnesty. The lowest cost estimate to amnesty just 10 million criminal aliens is about $4 trillion (net cost after all contributions by aliens are accounted for) and could be over $12 trillion, if, indeed, 30 million or more are currently on US soil. However, due to laws on “chain migration” that would likely allow those amnestied to bring in all their family members, the cost could skyrocket to over $36 trillion. (7,15, 42)

Remember, the US cannot currently pay all its bills so it continues to borrow each year to pay our budget deficit. All such “amnesty” costs will have to be pushed onto the national debt, which is already edging strongly into dangerous “country-collapse levels” all by its own. (13)

Border and Interior Enforcement
No immigration reform bill should ever be forwarded until the federal government has proven it has full control over border access to the US as well as interior immigration and security. (12 – See Recommendations). Otherwise, all we get is more of the same problem.

In case you are unfamiliar with history, an illegal amnesty was made in 1986 when Congress promised US voters a permanent end to illegal immigration at that time—today, we have 12-33 million illegal aliens to contend with as a result of that broken promise so now what? Do we keep repeating our mistakes? If we amnesty 20 million this time, do we amnesty 100 million next time? How does “amnesty” of any kind reduce unlawful immigration now or in the future?

Attrition
Attrition is the concept that if we just enforce our laws, this issue takes care of itself. The problem is this issue has been around since before the 1986 amnesty and Attrition did not work then or now. The reasons are many but mostly because our laws on immigration violations are very soft and open to too much interpretation, which allows far too many cities and police agencies to pass the buck—and too many criminal employers to game the system. Also, for some reason, America has set up our system of law enforcement to be optional, based on the current wishes of the Administration in power, rather than being apart from it and completely antonymous.

Only new laws that make unlawful immigration a harsh penalty will stop it from growing, as well as ensuring that those who fail to enforce our laws are equally punished (whether by funding, fine, or imprisonment). And employers must be targeted and shut down if caught hiring illegal aliens—period—but proper tools to ensure employment justice are not yet in place (such as a mandatory e-Verify hiring system). And states must enforce the laws when the federal government fails its duty to protect as guaranteed by the Constitution. (45)

These aspects and others are the only way America can get a handle on the grave national security threat our nation now faces from illegal immigration—we simply cannot afford to wait years or decades for Attrition to work while terrorists and potential terrorists roam among us and cross our borders at will, completely undetected and unknown to US authorities—all while America’s treasure and resources are being robbed blind by illegal aliens and the black markets they create. And we can not sift the so called “good criminal aliens” from the “terrorist aliens” so they must all go, if we are to ensure the integrity or our laws and national security as well as our safety.

Alien Sympathy
Lots of arguments have been forwarded to try and marginalize all these harms and build sympathy for the illegal alien. One is that they want a better life. Well, so do bank robbers so should we amnesty all of them or keep them together with their families when they do wrong? The other argument of significance is that anyone against amnesty is a racist. Wow, really? And precisely which race or ethnicity is being targeted, given the fact that illegal aliens come from dozens of countries and are of every known race on the planet including Whites? (16) The third argument is that we cannot round them up and hence be inhumane and break-up families. The problem with this argument is that is says government is inept and incapable of protecting Americans. And it also says whatever your excuse, so long as you have one, it’s okay to break the law and we will let you. In any event, the BUIRA solution to unlawful immigration resolves this completely so we know there is humane alternative that does not require mass round-ups and does not break up families—even if the major news media and Congress do not want to discuss or debate it. (41)

False Choices Forwarded By Lawmakers
Incredibly, the Hobson’s choice has been decreed by the all knowing un-thinkers on Capitol Hill when they ask, “Well, just how are we going to get rid of 12 million illegal aliens—we cannot round them all up!” Of course, history proves this statement a bold face lie by anyone who says it…

In 1954, President Eisenhower conducted “Operation Wetback” [yes, that was the official title] and by enforcing the immigration laws robustly for only about 4 months, an estimated 1 million illegal aliens returned home on their own—most not wanting to risk being arrested and jailed. Of course, there is a much more modern way to remedy the problem more humanely, but again, the Congress and media do not want to reveal or debate BUIRA or Mexicore so instead we are lead to believe lies rather than pushed toward real solutions.

Media Misdirection – Even At Fox
Mexican President Calderon, Lou Dobbs, Bill O’Reilly, FOX, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, LA Times, New York Times, President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Luis Gutierrez, and others who push the far left’s agenda and support illegal immigration and amnesty are in reality, displaying either ignorance or incompetence on the issue, or hidden agendas, but certainly not humanitarianism—for it cannot be considered humane to embrace unlawful behavior and the undermining of the rule-of-law and an amnesty that fuels, not hinders, greater holes in our collective national and economic security as a nation and people—or allows the ongoing and needless harms and deaths of Americans on American soil.

Nation of the Damned
Declaring mass amnesty (i.e. path to citizenship schemes, etc.) of these foreign invaders would be a criminal act according to current law. These people who support and promote such an act (suggesting “path to citizenship schemes for foreign invaders”) are actually engauged in an open criminal conspiracy. Under current federal law, these people could now be charged and jailed for “conspiracy to commit a felonous act” and the FBI currently has all the evidence it needs to make legal arrests—one wonders why the FBI has not at least issued these people stern legal warnings? Has our nation’s FBI gone the way of the Mexican federal police whereby law enforcement winds blow in favor of the highest bidder now?

What has happened to America? Our ethics? Self respect? Morals? Respect for rule-of-law? Are we now a nation that embraces corruption and Third World ideologies because we have over-imported it by way of criminal immigration—are we that which we once loathed? Are we so perverted that we tolerate the intolerable—the internal destruction of America at the hands of our own radical citizens and foreign invaders?

It is tantamount to telling a starving family they must leave the front door open to outsiders to come in and steal their food, and say nothing while heinous violent crimes are pushed onto their family members—especially their children! And God forbid if you hate the foreign invader who rapes your toddler, for you are Xenophobic and intolerate and must, therefore, be arrested and jailed for your “hate crime” while lawmakers reward the criminal with a path to citizenship and the ability to remain on US soil and conduct more harms.

Does such an approach to personal and national security make any logical sense unless you are an anarchist or corporate raider pillaging America by encouraging a slave labor market or simply a far leftist who is ignorant and uninformed or a radical or even a terrorist sympathizer? Where is the benefit to anyone, especially legal immigrants who respect America and our laws and do it right? Is America not under attack by foreign invaders? Is our treasure not being plundered, our children harmed, our citizens killed, our good legal immigrants hurt by unfair character dispersions, having been confused as a sullied enemy–a dispicable foreign invader who cares not for our laws–for are not all “immigrants” the same, according to the sick-minded teachings of racists international organizations like La Raza or racist billionaires such as George Soros?

Do we not have enough pride to fight for and save our children and their futures from these outrages? Have we self-inflicted ourselves so keenly—are we now the nation of the damned that we once fought so hard not to be for so many generations? Is this what we laid our sons and daughters to rest for on the field of battle, under blood stained flags? Do we really love our country anymore, that we can sit by and watch it be raped and pilaged without a whimper, let alone a bitter fight against both enemies foreign and domestic!

Have we no self-respect—no shame?

Amnesty Could Aid Terrorist – Be Cause For Charges of Treason
For any sitting Congressperson or president to condone illegal immigration and seek to reward it, it is a categorical disgrace to our nation and citizens. The reality is, such a move offers potential aid and abetment to a legally “declared enemy” of the United States—for among the illegal aliens have been proven to be members of Al Qaeda–remember this fact—any acts by any US citizens, leader or not, that helps a “declared enemy” is by law treasonous—keep that hard reality in mind on the day an amnesty is declared—what it means is those involved have committed treason, plain and simple—because al Qaeda is an “officially declared enemy” of the United States!

Basic Questions
Yet on a more mundane and perhaps practical side, ask yourself this… Where is the pay-off for rewarding and condoning illegal immigration and forwarding an amnesty? Where is the benefit to Americans once all the negative and positive aspects are taken into account? How does America benefit, given the weight and gravity of this highly complex issue? Who wins and why? And who loses and what are the consequences of that loss? Is America herself being put at risk needlessly? If so, why? Regardless of what the illegal alien contributes to America, the fact is, an entire black industry of crime revolves around the alien and no matter what is said, the terrorists and potential terrorists among them cannot be sifted even by the FBI—not within hundreds of years—so why do Americans allow this grave security threat to be extended for so long? Where is the security pay-off? How are America’s children made safer by not getting this issue resolved and the criminal/illegal alien routed from US soil at the first possible moment?

Benjamin Franklin Decision Time
In the days of old, American Patriot and wise man Benjamin Franklin had a very sound method for calculating decisions. He placed all the positive items for a given issue in one column, and all the negative items in another column, and whichever column had the most items, that column determined his decision. We should apply his decision mythology here, on the issue of illegal immigration. And if we do, we will quickly learn that for every positive aspect in support of an amnesty, there are about half a dozen items on the other side of the column against it.

Amnestying millions of criminal aliens therefore condones such potential for violent acts against Americans and subsequently increases our national security threats—indeed encourages more of them. For should amnesty pass and our borders and immigration systems have not yet been ramped up to ensure 99% security integrity, tens of millions more illegal aliens will have a green light to flood into the US illegally over and over again—and among them will certainly be many of America’s terrorist enemies—many able to access our most vulnerable security areas (as they do currently). And the thousands of potential terrorists already on US soil will be allowed to remain here legally, in spite of background checks (which have been estimated to take up to an entire decade to conclude per person amnestied, if required at all, and often allow major threats to remain on US soil needlessly).

Sidebar Facts
The US federal government currently considers it a mere civil offense to enter the US illegally or to overstay a visa. (20) Therefore we begin with the assumption that all aliens are not criminals. However, given the fact that in order to live or work in the US, documents are needed, and securing those documents, if here illegally, requires breaking the law. We can therefore assume at least 66% (2/3) of those here illegally have committed a serious crime because that is the number of illegal aliens estimated to be working illegally, according the Pew Foundation.

When we add these to other statistics across the entire illegal alien population and their crime, incarceration, and legal aspect statistics in the US, we can see that except for children, there is a high probability that over 92% of all illegal aliens have committed at least one or more felonies in order to arrive in the US, secure documentation, and work unlawfully..

Here is a partial list of those crimes governments at all levels have attributed to so called “undocumented workers” aka criminal/illegal aliens:

1. Crossing the border again illegally after having once been caught and deported (a felony—some estimates by US federal agencies and others have suggested 92% of all those in the US illegally fall into this category).

3. Studies have now proven that so called “illegal immigration” is highly related to a rise in crime rates. One county alone reports that the average violent crime cost and property crime cost US citizens about $20,000 and $4,363 per event. (20)

4. Some estimates claim that just under 1/3 of the total US prison population is illegal aliens.

Amnesty – Watch Out For Poltical-Speak
Many two-faced politicians use the term amnesty is appropriately to confuse and lie to voters. Amnesty is defined as any act, by any government entity, that permits the unlawful alien to remain on US soil (aka offers a pathway to citizenship via fines, back of the line, etc.). Make sure your candidate is using the term correctly because they typically think that making illegal aliens pay a fine and go to the back of the line is NOT AMNESTY an they are dead wrong.

A good analogy is if Person A pays $500 for a plane ticket and Person B sneaks on board and flies for free (and half the plane is full with Person Bs). Hence fuel costs rise for the plane and next time Person A has to pay $900 for the same ticket. The only way to truly stop the harm is to remove all the Person Bs from the plane—especially if there is a chance that one of them is a terrorists with a bomb.

States like Arizona that are being harmed by foreign invasion have the legal right to assume control and enforcement of such federal laws as well as retain all federal taxes paid in the state to the federal government until the foreign invasion is “put down,” regardless of any federal court decree otherwise. (In practical terms, the federal government does not have the resources to stop a state like Arizona from doing what it needs to in order to ensure the welfare and safety of its citizens. It’s amazing that after being told several dozen times NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS by the vast majority of voters, that Congress is still trying to forward such a harmful and wicked deed on to America and Americans. In the Dem controlled media (7 of 8 reporters in the US news media are registered Democrats), we rarely hear the facts on illegal or “criminal” immigration, which is a highly complex issue. It really boils down to two simple realities: It’s illegal and it’s very harmful to America and all Americans.

Let’s examine just a small number of the vast amount of negative impacts illegal immigration and a proposed amnesty has or will have on the US and all its citizens (and law abiding immigrants).

First and foremost, facts revealed in this recent article detail how over 80% of all illegal immigrants working in the US unlawfully have perpetrated at least two serious crimes–at least one of those crimes typically a felony–in order to arrive or remain in the US unlawfully or secure or use false documentation in order to secure work. (1A)

The overwhelming majority of identity theft and its respective costs and impacts on Americans is being fueled by illegal immigration. (4)

Since 1986, when the Immigration Reform and Control Act combating illegal immigration set penalties for employers who knowingly hired illegal aliens, such illegal workers have been forced to buy fake ID’s to get a job in the US—virtually everyone working in the US illegally has therefore committed a serious crime (a felony in most states that would land most US citizens in prison for a few years). (3)

One of the aspects rarely discussed in this debate is the reality of 100% avoidable crime and harms to Americans. For example, if a person who would otherwise commit an act or crime that results in harm or death to another person is not present, then the act cannot occur and nobody can thus be harmed. This is one reason why we have prisons—to remove potential harmful people from society and keep additional harms from occurring. Illegal aliens are not suppose to be in this country, therefore, the resulting crimes and harms they cause while here are 100% avoidable if they had not been here to begin with.

The reality is, illegal immigration currently results in the death of over 9,000 Americans per year, according to the Operation Safe America Report (7)—a war on American soil pushed by foreigners who are not suppose to be here—a death rate ten times higher than that of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars combined—but no outcry—no outrage—only a sick-minded demand from law makers and the media for amnesty—why? Why is this harm on Americans to be ignored and even condoned and rewarded?

Terrorism security is also a powerful issue in respect to illegal immigration and it is creating more security threats than America can handle. (9)

In 2004, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (now part of the Department of Homeland Security as ICE), reported that an estimated 78,000 potential terrorists were on U.S. soil, most having passed across our Southern border illegally and residing in the US completely anonymous to authorities. (7) According to calculations by the Patriot Union of America using the 2007 FBI investigation and capture rates of potential and real terrorists (averaging about 140 per year), it would take the FBI over 557 years to round up and process all the potential terrorists estimated by the INS over 6 years ago (thousand more are said to have come to the US since then). Between 2001 and 2004, at 24 of the nation’s largest airports, 607 illegal aliens had committed felonious identity theft and gained access to key security areas. Illegal workers, despite background checks, had also gained access to US military bases. (6)

According an extensive immigration and national security report by the Patriot Society and Patriot Union of America (PUA), 16 illegal aliens were documented accessing secure areas of a nuclear power plant, among a long list of other major security threats to all Americans. (7)

The Government Accounting Office (GAO) reported that of the 6 pilots or leaders of the 9-11 Hijackers, 2 were visa overstays and 1 had violated a student visa. (6) The PUA reported from various sources, including the FBI, that had US immigration laws been policed and enforced, the 9-11 attacks would have been averted—in fact, that illegal immigration was chiefly responsible for the deaths of nearly 3,000 Americans on that fateful day.

Amnestying millions of criminal aliens therefore condones such violent acts against Americans and subsequently increases our national security threats—indeed encourages more of them. And the thousands of potential terrorists already on US soil will be allowed to remain here legally, in spite of background checks (which have been estimated to take up to an entire decade to conclude, if required at all).

Then there is the hot button issue of the economy and US citizen unemployment issues that are really hard to swallow for most Americans.

If you are nearly 2 of every 10 Americans who is unemployed (17.3% receiving unemployment benefits or not) in early 2010, you may be interested to know that in every single work sector and category, including agriculture, Americans are already doing the work illegal aliens are doing and are still WILLING to do the work and needing those jobs—that if illegal immigration was not allowed to flourish but instead abated, the current unemployment rate would be about 3-4% across America—most US citizen families would have access to these needed jobs—millions of which are high paying. (11)

The reality is, supporting lax laws and condoning criminal behavior in mass by foreigners undermines America, Americans, and their collective security in all its forms, including economical. Yet this great big elephant in the room is the one thing the far left refuses to acknowledge or address, instead, choosing to open America’s borders to the world and hell be the cost.

Yet, of all these issues, perhaps the biggest threat to America is actually one of cost in terms of our national debt and ability to weather such a costly prospect as an amnesty.

Forget the fact that amnestying 12 to 20 million criminal aliens would be unconstitutional and illegal (Congress no longer cares about our Constitution), just look at the cost factor alone for an amnesty. The lowest estimate for 16 million criminal aliens is a cost to America of about $4 trillion, and the high end estimate tops $36 trillion over 30 years (depending on how many family members are also allowed to immigrate after the amnesty). (7 and 15) All this money will have to be pushed on to the national debt, which is already edging strongly into dangerous “country-collapse levels” before we even add the cost of an amnesty. (13)

No immigration bill should ever be forwarded until the federal government has proven it has full control over border access to the US as well as interior immigration. (12 – See Recommendations) That is the hard reality. Otherwise, all we get is a bigger problem. In case you are unfamiliar with history, an illegal amnesty was made in 1986 and Congress promised an end to the problem at that time—today, we have 12-20 million illegal aliens to contend with as a result of that broken promise so now what? Do we keep repeating our mistakes?

Lots of arguments have been forwarded to try and marginalize all these harms and build sympathy for the illegal alien. One is that they want a better life. Well, so do bank robbers so should we amnesty all of them or keep them together with their families when they do wrong? The other argument of significance is that anyone against amnesty is a racist. Wow, really? And precisely which race or ethnicity is being targeted, given the fact that illegal aliens come from dozens of countries and are of every known race on the planet including Whites? Try again dummies! (16)

Incredibly, the Hobson’s choice has been decreed by the all knowing un-thinkers on Capitol Hill when they ask, “Well, just how are we going to get rid of 12 million illegal aliens—we cannot round them all up—are you stupid!” No, smarty pants. We can just look at history and see how to do it. You might buy a history book if you know how to read Senator?

In 1954, President Eisenhower conducted Operation Wetback and by enforcing the immigration laws robustly for only about 4 months, an estimated 1 million illegal aliens returned home on their own not wanting to be arrested and jailed. The reality is, Eisenhower only had a very small police force at work—nothing even remotely compared to the size of today’s Homeland Security—as many as 6 million would likely flee in less than 4 months this day in age so in less than a year, problem solved—but it takes leadership and common sense and a love for America and Americans and not people willing to sell the country out at all costs. Lou Dobbs, Bill O’Reilly, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, LA Times, New York Times, President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Luis Gutierrez, and others who push the far left’s agenda and support illegal immigration and amnesty in any way, even via sick-minded compromises, are in reality, displaying either ignorance or incompetence on the issue, or hidden agendas, but certainly not humanitarianism—for it cannot be considered humane to embrace illegal immigration and an amnesty that fuels, not hinders, greater holes in our collective national and economic security as a nation and people or allows the ongoing and needless harms and deaths of Americans on American soil.

It is tantamount to having a starving family in the home and leaving the front door open to outsiders to come in and steal the food off the table, then commit heinous crimes on the family members; then, if they are really evil types, leave while blowing up the house!

Does such a willy-nilly approach to personal and national security make any logical sense unless you are an anarchist or corporate raider pillaging America by encouraging a slave labor market or simply a far leftist who is ignorant and uninformed or a radical or even a terrorist sympathizer? Where is the benefit to anyone, especially legal immigrants who respect America and our laws and do it right?

Amnesty Could Aid Terrorist – Be Cause For Charges of Treason
For any sitting Congressperson or president to condone illegal immigration and seek to reward it, it is a categorical disgrace to our nation and citizens. The reality is, such a move offers potential aid and abetment to a legally “declared enemy” of the United States—for among the illegal aliens have been proven to be members of Al Qaeda–remember this fact–any acts by any US citizens, leader or not, that helps a “declared enemy” is by law treasonous—keep that hard reality in mind on the day an amnesty is declared–what it means is treason, plain and simple!

Yet on a more mundane and perhaps practical side, ask yourself this… Where is the pay-off for rewarding and condoning illegal immigration and forwarding an amnesty? Where is the benefit to Americans once all the negative aspects are taken into account? How does America benefit, given the weight and gravity of this highly complex issue? Who wins and why? And who loses and what are the consequences of that loss? Is America herself being put at risk needlessly? If so, why?

In the days of old, American Patriot and wise man Benjamin Franklin had a very sound method for calculating decisions. He placed all the positive items for a given issue in one column, and all the negative items in another column, and whichever column had the most items, that column determined his decision. We should apply his decision mythology here, on the issue of illegal immigration. And if we do, we will quickly learn that for every positive aspect in support of an amnesty, there are about half a dozen items on the other side of the column against it.

The US federal government currently considers it a mere civil offense to enter the US illegally or to overstay a visa. (20) Therefore we begin with the assumption that all aliens are not criminals. However, given the fact that in order to live or work in the US, documents are needed, and securing those documents if here illegally requires breaking the law, we can therefore assume at least 66% (2/3) of those here illegally have committed a serious crime. When we add in these other statistics across the entire illegal alien population in the US, we can see that except for children, there is a high probability that over 95% of all illegal aliens have committed at least one or more serious crimes.

According to a recent (Jan 10, 2010) interview on The O’Reilly Factor, retired CNN reporter Lou Dobbs stated his positions on immigration as being centrist. He supports:
• Legalization of between 12 and 20 million illegal aliens (rewarding bad behavior).
• Amnesty-family access to US citizenship via all illegal aliens who are given amnesty (averaging up to 3 persons additional per initial person amnestied).
• Beefing up of DHS’s immigration system (bigger government) to accommodate amnesty and second family member wave of immigration.
• Securing the borders in concert with amnesty (not before).

It is extremely hard to understand how Lou Dobbs can believe he stands as a centrist on these issues, when in fact, he clearly supports the undermining of US national security and personal economic security of most Americans. Dobbs has fallen off his once lofty perch where he once demonstrated moral responsibility and ethical authority to embrace an irrational far left position.

Dobbs and others such as Bill O’Reilly and the big media actually appear to support destroying America in the name of humanitarianism, which should be properly named anti-Americanism for the great harms it forces on all Americans and America herself.

Sadly, Lou Dobbs, by deductive reasoning based on his support for amnestying millions of criminal aliens, embraces a variety of terrible and harmful acts and realities being pressed on to Americans, not to mention national security threats—indeed encouraging more of them. For he knows that once an amnesty passes and the border and immigration systems have not yet been ramped up to ensure 99% security integrity, tens of millions more illegal aliens will flood into the US and among them will be many of America’s terrorist enemies—many able to access our most vulnerable security areas (as they do currently). And that thousands of potential terrorists already on US soil will be allowed to stay here legally, in spite of background checks (which will take up to a decade to conclude).

The reality is, you cannot support lax laws and condoning of criminal behavior in mass by foreigners without undermining America, Americans, and their collective security.

Dobbs is no more an American now than Benedict Arnold. I for one, am sad to see this once great man sell his soul to the Devil. He claims his change of mind comes from increased wisdom, but I challenge him, and anyone, to counter each and every aspect of this issue and show us all how illegal immigration and amnesty benefits America and Americans.
