Article details how Rev. Jesse Jackson, using his own words and issue stances, demonstrates his own racism and hypocracy while supporting unlawful foreigners over the Black community--outraging many in the Black community who are suffering the effects of contraband labor and Jackson's lack of respect for the rule-of-law displayed in his failed leadership approaches.

By Xelan Bonn (Aug 4, 2010) www.xelanbonn.com

During a recent CSPAN interview with the Washington Journal, Rev. Jesse Jackson admitted he supports illegal immigration, in effect, by supporting a “path to citizenship” to encourage unlawful behavior. After being questioned by a Black voter as to why Jackson supported the taking away of jobs from Blacks by illegal aliens, he replied, in essence, that race was the reason why.

We can’t have racial tensions between Blacks and Hispanics and we need to support immigrants, said Jackson. We can’t have a Trail of Tears and send these people back, he later said.

In other words, we are Black, they are Brown, and we need to stand against those who are not—mainly the White community, even if it means we must support foreigners coming to the US unlawfully and stealing millions of jobs from the Black community while undermining basic law and order.

There is little wonder why Jackson has fallen out of grace with the majority of the Black community. He is increasingly being viewed as someone who, through his lack of support of rule-of-law, which strongly supports the criminal sector of the foreign Latino community, as now being someone who is helping to fuel great racial divides.

During the interview, some callers were clearly concerned that racial tensions were growing in America and that a race war seemed possible—many preferring, if not demanding, to stand on the side of rule-of-law, respect for the Black community and its need for jobs (now held by contraband labor), and to rid itself of the growing perception that Blacks were on the side of criminal foreigners when, in fact, the vast majority were not supportive of the Latin community’s fringe, which supports criminal immigration activities.

Shockingly, Jackson even made a ill-concieved and ignorant, if not racially motivated reference to Native Americans, comparing their history to the current foreign invasion issue. Jackson commented that sending illegal immigrants home [on airconditioned jets and buses] was the same as the federal government forcing the Trail of Tears, referring to the deadly plight of the Cherokee nation’s illegally forced relocation, which killed and harmed thousands—as if that were equal in both human right status or harms to the immigration issue.

In the same show he condemed those who compared Obama to Hitler as an absurd and outrageous comparison, not seeing that his own Trail of Tears comparison was an equal, if not larger offense and attack on all Native Americans—perhaps a far worse outrage for its overt racist subtext.

Yet Jackson has a history of contradicting himself and his own stance on race, revealing once again just how racist he actually is while also showing how quick he is to exploit race in order to sideline intelligent discussion on the core issues. His hatred for Native Ameicans is not completely disguised.

In early 2010, Jackson refused to speak at a planned world televised event to help aid Native Americans promote equality in Hollywood and America, according to organizers.

“I could not believe Jackson, who once stood up against racism and came to Hollywood to speak against it… and included Native Americans in his open letter to the industry… I was appalled when he refused to speak for ten minutes, for his full fee, to help Native Americans secure equality,” said Mike Tierney, president of the Ticci Man Project. “If he really said that Trail of Tears comment, then I guess we now know why he refused to help Native Americans,” he said. “I’m sorry to hear that because he used to be a great man, not someone I would have suspected of being a hateful bigot—I guess I was wrong.”

During the program, about 5 to 1 callers stood against Jackson’s stance on criminal immigration but Jackson kept dodging the answers by derailing the conversation to unrelated aspects. Among the most outraged were those who wanted to see jobs opened up for Blacks and taken away from contraband labor. They wanted Jackson to stand up for the Black community and its needs to promote the fact that it was not standing against Whites on the issue of immigration but was instead, standing with them (and law abiding Latinos)—Jackson would not budge off his hard-headed rock.

The government needs to speed up the process of legalization of illegal immigrants, he said. We cannot attack the weakest link… the responsibility is on employers for bringing these people here and hiring them, said Jackson.

In other words, he wants to hurry up and make sure the jobs consumed by illegal aliens are permanetly kept from Blacks by getting all illegal aliens legalized.

In other words, he supports unlawful behavior and anarchy and wants to reward those foreigners who violate US laws, erode our national security, keep Black unemployment rates above 15% nationally by consuming millions of high paying jobs in meat packing, construction, and many other industries—as well as supports a $2.6 to $4 trillion “path to citizenship” amnesty—the cost of which will need to be added to the national debt.

We know this because these are the facts on the issue and he supports a path to citizenship that will lead to these realities, which he is well aware of, regardless how he dances around it.

Jackson never mentioned or addressed the issue of how path to citizenship schemes actually support the undermining of our national security, making it easier for real and potential terrorists to stay in the US and kill Americans in their homeland. He ignored reports that unsecure borders and that the industry of unlawful immigration was aiding the creation of a major terrorist borne catastrophe against the American people—one that the federal government, since 2006, has viewed as inevitable due to the nation’s porous borders and failed interior enforcement of our immigration laws.

Jackson tried to usurp his Civil Rights leadership, not realizing he was not quoting both Martin Luther King Jr. or the plight of Cesar Chavez correctly, misusing and propagandizing the two men of history to forward his own agenda—once gain showing his complete lack of respect to all concerned.

We must now seek parody and learn to live together, not apart, said Jackson.

He ignored the criminal nature of unlawful immigration altogether, instead placing illegal immigrants in the same boat of respect as all Americans and legal immigrants who respected our laws and paid large sums of both personal treasure and sacrifice to legally come to America—instead siding with the thieves who slip across the border and overstay visas, refuse to assimilate, and who steal what others have worked so hard to earn.

Jackson continually opposed approaching the issue with cold neutrality and a blind eye to race—thus showing his duplicity by this own words and stances. The focus, for him, was always race, and ironically, not in helping the Black race but rather the Latino race.

He also ignored the reality that not all illegal aliens are Latino, but are also White, Black, and Asian, never once mentioning these major subgroups in the unlawful immigration population or his intention to help those groups as well—strictly Latinos.

Later, Jackson tried to address issues of jobs, economy, and rising socialism that kept popping up because he seemed to ignore solid answers or the fact that most Blacks oppose socialism and instead favor free market opportunities and high paying jobs like most Americans.

When the economy is down like it is now, only the government can invest to get the economy going again, said Jackson.

Apparently, Jackson does not understand that the US economy is built on free enterprise and that government either helps or hinders the process of economic growth by providing private businesses with aid, not government. It was yet another statement by an increasingly failed community leader that showed Jackson continues to depart from reality and the needs of the nation, as well as Blacks.

By not supporting the Black community, which also largely sides with the mainstream White community on the issue of foreign invasion and unlawful immigration and the issue of captialism and job growth and most issues, Jackson continues to create and promote a false public impression and perception—one that the Black community stands against Whites, when this is clearly not the reality, not the maintream Black community, not by a long-shot.

Jackson’s refusal to see his own racism and divisiveness may ultimately have the ill-effect of creating racial tensions where they did not exist; for the vast majority of Whites do not view the issue of illegal immigration as one of race but one of rule-of-law or law-and-order and an innate respect for ethics and morals, as well as for national sovereignty and the Constitution—they do not want to see bad behavior rewarded—not ever.

However, Jackson, and his polarizing stance on the issue has become inflammatory and offensive to both Whites and Blacks—two groups who largely felt a surging positive step forward in their over-all race relations with the election of President Obama—perhaps the best racial balancing of all US history—and that major gain is now being undermined and destroyed by racist leaders like Jackson and others in the Black community who are refusing to come forward in their views and approaches to apply sound wisdom and stances that avoid aspects of race—stances that embrace, instead, a blind eye to race and seek cold neutrality and common sense on behalf of all Americans—an approach that treats us all as equals and respects our collective needs and desires to move toward unity, not toward divisiveness and polarization.

Jackson could have taken the high road, as did true leaders like King who saw human beings, not people of color, and who embraced deep respect of law and order, as well as a need to change laws, when needed, to ensure all men were not only equal, but could live as equals inside their governments. Instead, Jackson forwards anti-Americanism, not as a Civil Rights leader, not as a true humanitarian, but as poser, a racist is preacher cloth who plays ugly political cards that help divide our nation and its great races.

The issue of immigration is not one of race, and even if some groups and leaders try to make it about that, it is up to our best and wisest leaders to step forward, rise above race, and stand up for the nation collective, its morals, its ethics, its laws and Constitution, and its over-all desire to make race, forever, completely dissolve as an issue that concerns humankind.

In any community of race, top leaders must speak to and address issues and core values. And only when needed, should our leaders address racial inequalities and injustices—never as a routine card to be thrown in the game at the drop of a hat. True leaders unite us, they do not divide, and they do not abide in those who spread hatred and racism by making that the issue when it is not. They correctly stomp such ill acts down publicly, not invite more.

Rev. Jackson is clearly not a leader worth following or a respectable man of the cloth but more akin to a ten cent prostitute who spreads his legs for the criminal fringe of the foreign Latin community—and he should be treated as such until he repents.

If we are not a nation of laws in any one respect, then why in any respect? If we are not a nation of morals and ethics in any single aspect, then why in any aspects? This is the question many leaders fail to ask and address but instead cross a line that shows that their hypocracy has no bounds–undermining the very fabric of civility and peaceful order as well as their own moral foundations and those of the community by playing politics instead of applying values and wisdom.

If it is okay to come or stay in the US against the law, if it is okay to commit identity theft and document fraud felonies in order to work criminally, if it is okay to put millions of US citizens and legal immigrants out of work by stealing their jobs, if it is okay to cross any of these legal lines, then why is not okay to also be a racist, bank robber, child rapist, or a murderer—when do our laws, ethics, and morals get applied? Where does the slipperly slope end? Who gets to decide which laws are optional? And what are the results of making our laws optional? Do we even need laws?

By his own words, Rev. Jackson proves himself a shadowy and duplicitous racist, so let us hope he learns from his mistakes. Let him return to God and find redemption and forgiveness there first, and then someday return to us anew, hopefully, as a humble man who no longer plays his racist cards but instead starts doing the work role modeled so well by our Founding Fathers and truly great leaders like Martine Luther King Jr.—people who believed “All Men Are Created Equal” and who truly lived their lives in pursuit of helping us all realize that simple yet powerful reality—leaders who sought to unite us all.

Let us remove the issue of race from most-all political debates on most issues, especially unlawful immigration, and let us talk to core issues and aspects that respect facts, not propaganda, that respect race and rule-of-law and ethics and morals, not inflame or seek anarchy or racial tensions, but endeavor to ensure true wisdom—let our leaders set aside politics and race cards so that we may solve the needs of all our wonderful races in our great nation.

We are not children. Let our leaders not act like them.

And let us all remember our appreciation for one another by proclaiming… “if everyone in the whole world were just like me, I would go out of my mind—so thank God for all of our wonderful diversity—what a blessing to not live in a world of my clones!”

Stunning new bill proposal could end both unlawful immigration and high unemployment.

By Xelan Bonn (non-partisan, Independent) July 18, 2010 www.xelanbonn.com

Research now shows that America’s unemployment rate could be reduced to 4-6% within as little as 12 months under a new bill proposal now being quietly considered by key Republicans in both houses, including Congressman Duncan Hunter (R) and House Minority Leader John Boehner (R) as well as Senators Jeff Sessions (R) and Jon Kyl (R). (1a)

Seeking to re-craft itself as the “real change” party of conservative government that cares, the Republican bill proposal is expected to reap as much as $400 billion annually in taxpayer savings while also solving one of the most contentious and controversial issues in US history—unlawful immigration!

To fully appreciate this jobs proposal we must first examine a few employment realities.

The unemployment rate at the end of June was officially 9.5% (14.6 million persons) nationally, according to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. Of that, 6.8 million were long-term unemployed (45.5% of the workforce). The sectors of manufacturering, service, and construction were, and remain, the hardest hit. Involuntary part-time workers still account for 8.6 million of the workforce—these are people who typically cannot find full employment in their normal professions thus take on whatever part time jobs may be available. (1)

Unemployment rate for Blacks is now the highest at 15.4% followed by Hispanics at 12.4% while Whites are 8.6% and Asians the lowest at 7.7%. (1)

Of the estimated 304 million people in the US, there are nearly 154 million legal workers. (1,2) Still, the contraband labor aspect is not an aspect well tracked by the federal government so more research digging is required.

The conservative Heritage Foundation estimated 15 million unlawful immigrants in the US as 2006. (3) Yet the Pew Hispanic Center only estimated a total of 11.9 million undocumented immigrants in the US as of March 2008 (strongly noting the potential for estimate errors). (4) The Government Accounting Office (GAO) calculated that at least 63% of all persons on U.S. soil illegally also work illegally in at least one Congressional study. (5)

If we average the Heritage and Pew estimates, we arrive at 13.5 million unlawful immigrant population in the US. And based on the GAO study, this means at least 8.5 million jobs are thus being consumed by contraband labor.

In the detailed article, “Facts Prove Obama Against US Workers” documented research proved that in each and every work sector where contraband labor was found, US citizens and legal immigrants also worked as the majority workforce, including home services and agriculture. (6) It was also shown that the majority of jobs consumed by contraband labor were actually in many high paying sectors. (6)

Thus if contraband labor were removed from the US market, nearly all such jobs would be consumed by lawful citizen or legal immigrant labor, according to such findings. The minorities most helped would then be Blacks, followed by Hispanics.

This leads to the startling conclusion that by removing contraband labor from the market, unemployment could fall instantly, leaving only about 6.1 million US citizens and legal immigrants unemployed—the new unemployment rate would be adjusted down to about 3.9%.

However, it is fair to assume that not every position would be re-opened up to legitimate labor or that all jobs would be filled immediately (e.g. some jobs could require employer wage increases to attract employees), so it’s not unfair to make an error factor adjustment of as much as 2 full percentage points to cover all contingencies.

Therefore, a total estimated and adjusted unemployment rate of about 5.9% for the nation is thus ensured if contraband labor can be successfully removed from the US market—this means most Americans would be taken off unemployment insurance or state welfare programs and put back to work, thus creating even more savings for taxpayers, states, and the federal government.

The new proposal, crafted by a nonpartisan Independent consulting group (speaking on the conditions of anonymity until the bill is released publicy), also provides a solution to one major component of the immigration issue. It permanently ends illegal immigration. The proposal does not deal with either legal immigration or border security aspects but is expected to dramatically reduce taxpayer costs in those areas as well.

The idea also appears to be winning over many hard line pundits due to its unique approach in providing a safe, humane, family friendly solution that eliminates both a costly “amnesty” and “mass round ups”. It is being haled for offering dignity to both unlawful immigrants and the American people while also permanently solving a decades old problem.

Program costs could reach as high as $6 billion but are expected to be fully offset by dramatic taxpayer savings and benefits.

No word on when the bill proposal will be formally introduced into either house–Republicans may be waiting for the fall elections to see if they can retake at least one House in order to give the bill a fair chance at passage, given the current Dem Party support for comprehensive amnesty (estimated to cost taxpayers and the national debt from $4 to over $10 trillion, if enacted).
Most news media, journalist, and law makers ignore facts showing the vast majority of unlawful immigrants have perpetrated at least one felony. Harms and solutions to the issue are also explored.

By Xelan Bonn (June 28, 2010) www.xelanbonn.com

For some reason, the United States is now embracing a culture of lawlessness, corruption, mayhem, and lack of will toward enforcing our laws and nowhere is it more apparent than on the issue of immigration—unlawful or criminal immigration to be accurate.

Most Americans and incompetent members of the press and media refuse to report on the reality that the vast majority of those in the United States unlawfully are not benign classes of people seeking to work, but actually perpetrators of crime—over 80%!

Since 1986, when the Immigration Reform and Control Act combating illegal immigration set penalties for employers who knowingly hired so called “illegal immigrants”, such illegal workers have been forced to create, buy or steal documents or identities in order to get a job in the US—virtually everyone working unlawfully has typically committed two or more serious crimes (felonies in most states and under federal law—crimes that would send most Americans to prison for 1 to 5 years or more).

Felony or misdemeanor violations by so called “benign classes of immigrants” include:

•	Identification document forgery (2 items per person, or two violations of law)
•	Identity theft
•	Use of forged documents (1 violation of law per job held)
•	Attempted use of forged documents to gain employment
•	Employment fraud
•	Money instrument fraud (cashing checks or money orders under a false name)
•	Working for cash (non-payroll tax evasion)
•	Working for cash (income tax evasion)
•	And more.

Most of these crimes are felonies while some are misdemeanors or both and all are directly related to unlawful employment activities.

Note that we will not be discussing all the other crimes many illegal aliens (about 17%) have been documented to be involved with in one form or the other, such as (but not limited to):
a. Property crimes
b. Manufacturer and sale of drugs
c. Human Trafficking
d. Kidnapping
e. Felony DUI
f. Criminal impersonation for financial gain (ID theft / fraud)
g. Child rape / molestation
h. Smuggling
i. Murder / man slaughter
j. Crossing a US border once legally deported (a felony), etc.

For example, under California Penal Code 470, document forgery is treated as a so called “Wobbler” in that it may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor or felony. The penalties are 1 to 3 years jail, up to $10k fine, and the offender may be required to do community service as well as pay restitution to those harmed. (1)

Under New York law, possessing or using a false document in most cases is both a misdemeanor and a Class D felony. (2)

The reality is, nearly all states have similar laws in addition to federal laws for many of the same or related crimes.

What this means in practical terms in that the so called benign class or innocent illegal immigrant worker—the dish washer, carpenter, landscaper, or agricultural worker from Honduras, Mexico, or Asia—is really a multi-felony perpetrator, regardless whether or not he or she is engaged in other forms of criminal activity. The bottom line is, everybody in the US unlawfully and working in any capacity has committed at least one or more serious crimes in order to do so.

At least 7.2 million unlawful immigrants were working in the U.S. as of 2005, according the Pew Hispanic Center. (3) That means we have at least 7.2 million felony perpetrators on US soil unlawfully, committing crimes that US citizens are routinely arrested and convicted for but essentially given a “pass and nod” by law enforcement or our unethical members of the public and government who equally support lawless behavior.

The Government Accounting Office (GAO) calculated that 63% of all persons on U.S. soil illegally also work illegally in a report tendered to Congress in 1977. (4) Assuming the ratio stands, and also using multiple data resource averages to estimate there are at least 16 million illegal immigrants in the US currently, this suggests there are actually 10.1 million unlawful workers in the US who have perpetrated at least one or more felonies. (5)

Arresting All Of Them – What To Do…
Across the US, over a million people a year are arrested and jailed for normal criminal actions. Adding a sudden influx of 10 million felony perpetrators to the legal system would be overwhelming, as well as cost prohibitive. Yet these people committed crimes for which they must be punished, if society is to maintain its civility—otherwise our laws are meaningless. So how do we handle this issue effectively?

First, let’s assume two reasonable things: 1) Americans do not want to see these people harshly punished, 2) Americans want to see their laws enforced and this issue resolved permanently (without giving anyone a reward such as amnesty or path to citizenship for breaking our laws).

To achieve these two goals, among many others of practicality, we need only look at the BUIRA solution, in which all those in the US unlawfully are given a conditional amnesty (so long as they accept the terms and conditions, which includes them returning to their homeland within a stated period). (6) Their punishment is that they must return home instead of being put on trial and jailed.

Americans also get their laws thus enforced. Both sides of the issue lose, in some respects, but win in other aspects under such a compromise. For example, taxpayers are saved hundreds of billions of dollars from prosecutions and the need to round up such criminals (the process encourages voluntary participation and sets harsh penalties for noncompliance—for example, those refusing to participate are then permanently barred from access to the US or any work or immigration programs, etc.). Unlawful immigrants win by not being put on trial, jailed, and deported permanently for their employment related crimes. And the BUIRA solution also provides for a humane system in which families are kept together and safeguarded from being separated.

Lastly, BUIRA offers the only permanent solution to the issue of unlawful immigration that will keep the issue from arising again in the future.

Learn more about BUIRA here.

US Employment, Blacks And Hispanics Helped By BUIRA
In the article, Facts Prove Obama Against US Workers, sources reported proved that in every employment sector in America, including agriculture, US workers are already doing the jobs that illegal immigrants are consuming; and if the laws related to unlawful immigration were enforced, the current unemployment rate for US citizens and legal immigrants would be about 4 to 6% (healthy). (5)

There were about 154 million people in the US labor force as of May, 2010. (10) Unemployment edged down in May to 15 million or 9.7% due to 411,000 Census workers added temporarily to the workforce. (9) Of the unemployed, Blacks were 15.5%, Asians 7.5%, Whites 8.8%, and Hispanics 12.4%. (9) As we can see, the two groups that will benefit the most if more jobs are opened up will be Blacks and Hispanics.

Sound Law Enforcement Helps The Hispanic Community Overall
Enforcing our immigration laws will actually help the Hispanic community most of all, in terms of education and employment.

Only 1-in-10 Hispanics who drop out of high school utilize their second chance to complete their education through the GED program (the lowest of any racial group). (7) Foreign born Hispanic adults have over twice the drop out rate as native born Hispanics in the US, according to the Pew Hispanic Center. (7) This means unlawful immigration is greatly reducing the Hispanic community’s educational and economic status, marginally reducing opportunity and equality for all Hispanics.

There are nearly 47 million Hispanics in the US, 31 million of which were born in Mexico or of ancestry. (8) Mexico remains classified as a Third World country due to its endemic high unemployment and poverty rates, as well as its low rates of college educated—a similar pattern developing now in the US among the Hispanic population—history repeating itself through the process of unlawful immigration.

Indeed, unlawful immigration is bringing its culture of poverty and low education with it and maintaining its status quo in the immigration process. And, increasingly now, such cultures that embrace lawlessness and corruption as part of their social make-up in their heritage Third World countries are now supplanting US cities and their government’s with such cultures—the recent City of Maywood, Calif. standing as example and contrast of what happens when Third World supplants First World cultures. (11)

Only by rigorously enforcing our immigration laws and solving this issue once and for all (while also lowering legal immigration from Third World countries), will America have a chance at healing itself. Perhaps no other racial identity than the Hispanic community has more to lose by unlawful immigration because the Third World they escaped is now following them into their neighborhoods, removing opportunities for advancement in terms of economic, education, and family security (among other things).

Analysis is offered on the growing wedge of hatred and racism between the Latino community and others for their growing silence and support of unlawful forms of immigration and Third World thinking.

By Xelan Bonn (June 18, 2010) www.xelanbonn.com

There are only two forms of immigration—the illegal or disgraceful criminal kind, and the legal and respectable kind. Apparently Hillary Clinton and President Obama support the former, based on recent remarks to the Ecuadorian press. (1) And, of course, we see daily evidence that an increasing number of Latinos are letting themselves be represented by hate or racist organizations—even when such views are not their own personally or as a majority within the minority. Both aspects are causing a deepening rift in the nation’s social strata that will soon, most likely, come to a head in needless mass violence and bloodshed unless good, moral, decent, ethical, and law respecting Latinos come forward now.

A challenge to the new Arizona law regarding immigration aspects by the White House Administration and racist Latino groups is appalling at best. It sends a clear signal to the world that criminal immigration is to be tolerated and embraced and that legal immigration is less desirable and respectable. And, intrinsically, it supports the great harms that criminal immigration plies on society and taxpayers as a whole. It says, by effect, I am against legal forms of immigration and I support lawlessness and bad behavior, especially when done in mass—and I do not respect the US Constitution and the Rights of states to be protected under Article 4, Section 4; that I will use whatever political and racist tools I need to press my corrupted, Third World viewpoint and approach to the issue.

If we look across the ranks of the protestors of the Arizona law, we will see that most are Latinos who are outraged that their fellow Latinos cannot break our immigration laws at will—that they are appalled that states who are fed up with lawlessness are responding to citizen cries for law and order and trying to protect themselves when the federal government fails to do its job and Constitutionally mandated duty.

We do not see Latinos fighting for all criminal immigrants, such as Whites, Blacks, Asians, etc. but instead, they fight exclusively for other Latinos—they inject racism into the issue by clearly acting racist.

Compounding the problem, we see Latinos pointing the finger at all Americans and shouting racism, and shouting Americans hate the “brown skin” people because they are racist—all while ignoring the hard reality that over 40% of all illegal aliens are not Latinos or of “brown skin”. Such an exclusionary approach, by its very nature, is highly racist!

Today, groups proclaiming they represent the Hispanic community are nothing but radical racist organizations such as La Raza—for the very name of the organization declares its racism (La Raza means “Race” in Spanish). Other groups ensure their racism by declaring who they exclussively stand up for in their namesakes, often using the word “Latino” or “Hispanic” to describe their nonprofit groups, thus excluding all other races and ethnicities–again, blantant racism.

Such groups work near exclusively in the Latino community, targeting Latinos by virtue of race alone. They typically conduct mass organizing in Spanish, excluding all other foreign languages and races except Latinos within their ranks.

Making matters worse, Latino communities such as those found in Chicago are increasingly electing racist Latinos like Rep. Luis Gutierrez—a man who proudly declares all Americans are racist while boldly marching for the Rights of foreign Latinos only—not Blacks, not Asians, not Whites, but strictly Latinos.

It is this sector of the Hispanic community itself that is forwarding a race based agenda, launching a social war on all Americans who do not, and will not, support them and their support for lawless behavior that is so endemic in Latino cultures across the Third World—cultures of corruption now being embraced by more and more American Hispanics.

Yet such viewpoints are not represented of the majority of Hispanics in America, but are instead the vocal minority of Latinos who are getting all the media time because the networks favor spurring racial divides. The silent majority of this minority have not been heard from.

An estimated 7 to 15 percent of all US Latinos appear to support the death of the American Dream because they support the death of the rule-of-law. They claim immigration laws are unnecessary and do not apply to them and their family members. They believe, as in the Third World countries from which they came from, that laws are optional and to the best corruptor goes the spoils. They fail to realize that only through a sound law enforcement system of government is the playing field leveled so that those who come to America can have a chance at the American Dream—a chance not available to them in the Third World because the practices of corruption ensured the wealthier competition always won out.

These are people who are uneducated in the history and values of America, thus they do not embrace such values but instead work to undermine them—killing the very reason why they came to America in the first place!

Meanwhile, the greater majority of Hispanics are educated and do understand the value of law and have great respect for the American Dream. They support rule-of-law. However, they are also letting the bad groups define them by marginalizing and distorting what Hispanics believe and stand for in the US by remaining silent. They are allowing racist Latinos to tell a story whereby all Latinos are a singular monolith, all made to look as though they are anti-moral, anti-ethics, and anti-rule-of-law.

And increasingly, Americans are viewing the entire Hispanic community as one of lawless criminals with Third World mentalities—thus the racial divides are widening.

More than ever, America needs strong and wise Latino leaders to come forward with mass grass roots force and denounce racist Latinos who support lawless behavior and criminal immigration. America needs Latinos and Latinas of leadership, with strong morals, ethics, and honesty, to stand up and renounce such racist Latinos and groups among them and the media that embraces the sordid elements so that they can show the bigger side, the best side of the Hispanic community and its support for rule-of-law.

And if such leadership does not come soon, then racial tensions will continue to grow and smolder and all Hispanics will eventually be scorned—and that is harshly wrong but a coming reality, all the same.

Unless the greater, respectable aspect of the Hispanic community comes forward and shows they stand with most of America on this issue soon, then the Latino insurrectionists will win—for a mass amnesty will never be allowed to stand in this time, in this day, in such an angry America—Americans will never tolerate it but will instead, take to the streets in widespread rebellion where no Hispanic will be safe.

It is a war that is coming. And it is completely avoidable.

Thus it is imperative now, more than ever, that both leaders, lawmakers, law enforcement, and especially the good people of the Hispanic community all come together to support the rule-of-law and the American Dream, opposing lawless acts, opposing racism, and opposing a future where Third World thinking controls America. Let us not move backward from our First World status by embracing Third World cultures and thinking that takes us there. And let us not allow the great racist on both sides of the issue to define any of us, or America—for we are all better than that!

Speaker Points Being Raised On Immigration Issue Include:

–Amensty is unconstitutional.
–Illegal immigration costs us much more than it benefits us.
–Illegal immigration is unethical and illegal and an insult to LEGAL immigrants.
–Legal immigrants sacrafice much more than ILLEGAL immigrants (they pay lawyers to comply with the law, they wait their turn, they invest money to obtain their greencards and hence prize them more, etc.).
–Open borders turns US poltical landscape into global liberalism whereby foreigners can illegally influence elections.
–E-Verify requirements would dramatically eliminate 5-6 million jobs for unlawful workers and employ Americans instead.
–Having a policy that does not make ENGLISH the official language is racist–it harms non-English speaking immigrants by keeping them highly limited in their opportunity to enjoy American Dream.
–Guest worker program are needed as a relief valve to strong enforcement meansures.
–Legal immigration must be adjusted to help the nation, not individual immigrants (more reasonable timeframes must be employed).
–History proves nations become weaker in all ways when they import people (immigrants) who do not have an education or higher job skills.
–America is a country of immigrants–not ILLEGAL immigrants.
–Country sponsored “guest worker programs” such as the “Masero” program put in place by President Eisenhower (who also had the greatest results in history on cleaning up illegal immigration) actually work and should be restored (as they allow temporary guest workers in areas such as agriculture but do not give such foreigners access to citizenship and its costly taxpayer paid benefits–only temporary job access—which is win win for employers and employees during peak labor shortages).
–Talk about immigration in ways that do not alienate the fastest growing minority in America–Hispanics.
–A respect for the rule of law is critical to the success of America and our governing systems.
–Illegal immigration is hostile to our free market economy (immigrant children must be tought English from day one so they have equal opportunity).
–America is not like other countries, it was made great by its laws.
–We ignore the fact that Mexicans participate in the blue collar labor force at a far higher rate than White males due to illegal immigration.
–Mexicans have a higher marraige rate than whites.
–90% of all immigrant children learn English and 5 generations later only know English (but more emphasis is needed on making English a required language).
–All illegal immigrants who have not broken laws must still pay a penalty and return to their homeland.
–Secure the borders first, then release all illegal aliens from our prisons and give them a one-way ride to their home country for $700 instead of paying $40-50,000 per year to house them.
–Florida, for example, would have a balanced budget instead of a $3+ billion budget deficit if there were no illegal aliens in that state.
–Most Hispanics support rule-of-law and only lawful immigration, contrary to liberal propaganda.

Facts show unemployment could be reduced to 3-5% nationally within months if unlawful workers removed from US soil.

By Xelan Bonn (non-partisan, Independent) June 16, 2009 www.xelanbonn.com

Although in many respects President Obama seems to have a good heart on some issues and aspects, when it comes to unlawful workers and the stealing of US jobs and food from the mouths of Americans enduring long unemployment lines, Mr. Obama clearly ranks as the hands-down anti-US worker leader for the last 100 years of our history. If this was not the case, America’s unemployment rate would only be between 3-4% today.

Let’s begin with the some hard facts on the key issues.

Unemployment Facts
First, the unemployment rate at the end of May was officially 9.4% (14.5 million persons) nationally, according to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. Of that, 3.9 million are long-term unemployed. The sectors of manufacturering, service, and construction were, and remain, the hardest hit.
[BLS Report: http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm ]

Unemployment rates for Blacks is now the highest at 14.9% with Hispanics impacted at 12.7% while Whites are 8.6% and Asians only 6.7%. Teenagers are among the hardest hit group with a 22.7% unemployment rate.
[BLS Report: http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm ]

Of the 304 million people in the US, there are nearly 155 million legal workers, including teenagers.
[BLS Report: http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm ]

Unlawful Immigrant Facts
Immigrants, both legal and unlawful, account for 1/8th of all residents in the US, according to the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).
[ CIS: http://www.cis.org/immigrants_profile_2007 ]

“Half of Mexican and Central American immigrants and one-third of South American immigrants are illegal,” says a 2007 Center For Immigration Studies report.
[ CIS: http://www.cis.org/immigrants_profile_2007 ]

Overstays account for at least 31 percent of the unlawful immigrants in the U.S. “Interior enforcement is the only method capable of dealing with these illegal immigrants.”
[Heritage Foundation: http://www.heritage.org/Research/Immigration/bg2241.cfm ]

Number Of Unlawful Immigrants (Estimate Averaging)
According to the Operation Safe America report that used a variety of methodologies and sources to make its study, as of Jan 2007 there were about 29 million “illegal aliens” on US soil. Their races include: White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, and mix of ethnicities.
[Patriot Union/ Patriot Society: http://www.patriotunion.org/docs_and_reports/in-house/operation_safe_america_report.htm (Page 32) ]

The conservative Heritage Foundation estimated 15 million unlawful immigrants in the US in 2006.
[Heritage Foundation, James Jay Carafano Ph.D.: http://www.heritage.org/Research/Immigration/em1011.cfm ]

Pew Hispanic Center estimates there are 11.9 “undocumented immigrants” in the US as of March 2008, strongly noting the report is subject to estimate errors.
[Pew Hispanic Center: http://pewhispanic.org/files/reports/94.pdf ]

Department of Homeland Security Report (essentially using the same data and methodology of the Pew Hispanic Center) estimated 11.6 million “illegal residents” as of January 2008.
[ DHS: http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/statistics/publications/ois_ill_pe_2008.pdf ]

“…nearly one in three immigrants [12.6 million] is an illegal alien,” from a base estimate of 37.9 total immigrants estimated by the Center For Immigration Studies).
[ CIS: http://www.cis.org/immigrants_profile_2007 ]

Recap – Unlawful Immigrant Estimate Summary

Patriot Society = 29.0 million

Heritage Foundation = 15.0 million

Pew Hispanic Center = 11.9 million

Department of Homeland Security = 11.6 million

Center For Immigration Studies = 12.6 million

6 Report Average (Total Unlawful Immigrants / Best Guess) = 16.0 million

Unlawful Labor Facts
The Government Accounting Office (GAO) calculated that 63% of all persons on U.S. soil illegally also work illegally in a report tendered to Congress in 1977.

Noteworthy: US citizen or authorized workers will perform in each and every category of jobs. However, unauthorized workers often work for much less wages, which artificially forces down wage levels for all authorized workers. The groups hit the hardest by wage devaluation are Blacks and Hispanics who often compete head to head with unauthorized labor. Also note that a majority of the jobs where unauthorized workers flourish are in traditionally higher paid blue collar jobs, such as construction, meat processing, and production, as well as many sectors within the service industry.

Biggest Misnomer Regarding Unlawful Immigrants
According the Pew Hispanic Center, only 5% of those coming to the US from Mexico were unemployed in their homeland.

[ Pew: http://pewhispanic.org/files/reports/58.pdf ]

Summary Analyses
If we use the GAO estimate of 63% (of those who work unlawfully compared to those who do not work at all), and we use the “Average Total Of Unlawful Immigrants” in the US as calculated above (16 million), this equates to over 10.1 million jobs currently being consumed by those on US soil unlawfully.

Unemployment Summary

US Citizens Out Of Work = 14.5 million

Foreigners Unlawfully Working = 10.1 million

Adjusted Unemployment If Unlawful Foreigners Removed = 4.4 million

What this simple study in reason indicates, using a variety of reliable sources of data and information, is that the current unemployment rate would be somewhere near 3-4% nationally if all those on US soil unlawfully were removed today. The data and analysis shows US workers would likely fill all jobs now consumed by unlawful workers in all categories, given the fact that lawful workers (US citizens / authorized immigrants) already perform the very same jobs that are now being consumed in mass by unlawful workers.

Many studies indicate that over 50% of the jobs taken by unlawful workers pay hourly rates from $12 to $25 per hour, however, there is a lack of legitimate research on this issue. The fact is, in every job category, US / authorized workers do perform the jobs that unlawful workers usurp.

The final analysis is clear and simple. The fastest route to economic recovery lies in strigent interior and border enforcement of our immigration and employment laws—millions of US citizen and lawful immigrant families will be helped—chiefly, Blacks, Hispanics, and Teenagers looking to gain needed job experience and skills before embarking on their careers.

Obama’s stance on helping unlawful foreigners flourish and thrive is unequivocally a frontal assault on the US citizen and lawful immigrant worker and family in a national time of economic crisis. It’s unconscionable and immoral, as well as unethical and illegal—for the White House violates Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution daily.

As much as this president appears a smooth, beguiling speechmaker, he is clearly just another corrupt politician working for greedy corporations wanting cheaper labor. He clearly does not have the best interest of the American people at heart, regardless of his rhetoric—14.5 million needlessly unemployed Americans and a corrosive immigration and national security policy and enforcement record is proof absolute!
