Pro Criminal Immigration Leaders Hate Constitution

Known as the highest law in the land, the US Constitution is officially hated by both the White House and Congress, proven in their recent steps to work toward destroying it and the rule-of-law against the safety and security of our nation and its citizens. 

 

Recently, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano made many outrageous statements that clearly demark her as highly incompetent, as well as anti-American—for how can she say on one hand that illegal aliens pose no threat to the safety and security of the homeland while DHS, ICE, and INS and Congress itself have all previously reported that tens of thousands of potential terrorists have already infiltrated the United States—or that Al Qaeda has already been caught making illegal entry on our Southern border—or that Hezbollah already operates on US soil! Napolitano clearly has no understanding of the border threat or the issue of criminal immigration or national security, hence is incompetent to her office at the peril of all Americans.

 

All classified and many unclassified reports regarding the security of the United States and the southern border clearly state that an open and porous border with Mexico is an unnecessary and dangerous threat to the security of the American people. What keeps the border from being secured is not government’s full understanding of the high threat level, but is instead the manufacture of filthy anti-American politics within the ranks of both the Administration and Congress.

 

Napolitano proved beyond doubt she does not understand the law or risks to the nation when she boldly claimed that illegal immigration is not a crime—she does not realize there are dozens of federal laws that range from misdemeanor for crossing the border once illegally to felonies for crossing twice or more illegally (or that over 96% of those who have crossed the border illegally have done so twice, thereby committing a felony, according DHS’s own records).

 

There are now at least 20 million foreigners on US soil criminally and the US government has no clue where they are, who they are, or what their intentions are, but we do know that some have come here just to work—millions more have not. And of that 20 million group, there is an estimated 78,000 (in 2006) potential terrorists, according to INS—at the current rate of investigations and capture of terrorists by the FBI, it will take over 557 years for the FBI to find, screen, and/or arrest this group alone (current estimates suggest this group is actually twice as big now).

 

Clearly, Napolitano has no clue, yet she asks us citizens to feel more secure with her at the helm? Such is her low opinion of our collective intelligence.

 

The US Constitution and national security directives both dictate that the nation must be secured from foreign invasion. We know that 20-24 million criminal aliens on US soil (and more still coming) constitutes foreign invasion under the law. Article 4, Section 4, of the Constitution is being ignored by both Congress and the White House, yet such acts are technically not only incompetent, but technical grounds for both state and FBI investigations for possible charges that include conspiracy to commit high treason.

 

Sadly, all states have ignored their rights and duties and have not sued the federal government to secure the border under their specifically granted right to do so under the Constitution. States have the legal right to demand that the federal government expunge all foreign invaders (criminal aliens) from US soil but refuse to exercise their rights. States also have the right to withhold federal taxes until the foriegn invasion is abated. In failing to demand their rights under the Constitution, state leaders also violate their own state’s Constitutions, which typically require them to protect their citizens and the general welfare of taxpayers, etc.

 

States like California actually have the legal right to take (withhold) tens of billions of dollars from the federal government for its failure to abate a foreign invasion. The state could easily recover years of cost impacts incurred by that state while the invasion took place (I personally offered this information to Goveror Schwarzenegger but he flatly refused it, showing his incompetence as well). Meanwhile, states are chosing not to press their rights but are instead doubly punishing taxpayers by raisng taxes to cover the cost impacts of the foreign invasion. Again, politics, incompetency, and hate for the Constitution, and not the law, are at blame.

 

The Republicans have rallied for illegal immigration toward securing low wage (criminal) workers for big business—the groups that largely fund their campaigns. It is the equivalent of condoning modern day slavery. Thankfully, not all Republicans are on board with this anti-American stance, which elevates criminal invaders while devaluing US citizens, their jobs, and national security.

 

Perhaps more diabolical than Hitler’s Third Reich, the Democratic Party has now assumed a more sinister role toward the unofficial take down of both the US Constitution and government, but most Americans remain clueless.

 

First, if Democrats can manage to push through an unconstitutional amnesty for a now estimated 20-24 million criminal aliens, they will have destroyed the two party system in the United States.  (Note: as opposed to “immigrants” or “illegal immigrants,” we now call this group “criminal aliens” because DHS, ICS, and INS, Federal Crime Stats have collectively reported that over 92% of illegal aliens have committed at least one felony either to arrive in the US, work, secure fraudulent documents, and more).

 

Under current law, if 24 million criminal aliens receive amnesty (path to citizenship scams), they then have the right to bring in many of their impoverished relatives. If we assume merely 4 relatives per person amnestied, the total over about a 12 year period will be roughly 100 million new US citizens resulting from a single illegal act of amnesty. Although the estimated cost to US taxpayers could reach over $36 trillion over 30 years to cover the cost of an amnesty (per the Patriot Society’s Operation Safe American report at http://www.patriotunion.org ), the real cost will be the fall of US democracy via the installation of the Democratic Party as the only major party.

 

The vast majority of those being amnestied will be Latinos, and Latinos, on average, register 4:1 in favor of being Democrats once permitted to vote. Should an amnesty take place, then within 10-12 years, the US will be converted into a single party system as 80 million new Democrats are added to the rolls—Republicans will no longer be a major political force but merely a fringe party, such as all other independent parties.

 

The Democrat Party has crunched the numbers and knows these fact, which is what chiefly motivates anti-Americans like Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and other party leaders to continually push for an amnesty at all costs.

 

Once the Democrats assume a now projected 60% of all registered voters within a decade of an amnesty taking place, for all intents and purposes the US will be under a single party system, much like Soviet Russia had been before it collapsed. Given the Dems current strong support for socialism, these fact brings new meaning to the big picture for all Americans.

 

Amnesty or path to citizenship schemes are technically forbidden by the Constitution because such acts would sanction rather than abate foreign invasion, as well as other aspects of law. When members of the White House and Congress support such actions, they violate not only their oath of office to protect and preserve the Constitution, they  also show their hate for it. To stand against the Constitution is clearly anti-American.

 

With a single party system in place post amnesty, tyranny will become the next logical step—for absolute power corrupts absolutely.

 

Thus every registered Democrat and Republican voter should now join the Tea Parties and stand firmly against amnesty because at risk is the welfare of nothing less than the future of the United States and its Constitution—any leader supporting amnesty should be investigated by the FBI and put on trial for conspiracy to commit treason. For we should all be honoring and respecting the highest law in the land—our Constitution.

 

Amnesty, or its final defeat by sending back 24 million criminal invaders to their home countries, will be the deciding factor for future generations of Americans who will either live knowing that they did their collective duty to protect themselves from an out-of-control-gone-bad government, or will consign themselves to live under a coming tyranny. Only time will tell the outcome of what will be the single greatest civil war in American history, not for its citizen against citizen violence (hopefully there will be none) but for its citizen against citizen polarizing effects—for there will be those who clearly understand the risks and want to save America, and those who do not—a fight for either the very survival of America or the creation of anarchy, socialism, and finally tyranny—a simple plot designed by both deliberation and happenstance by greedy politicians cleverly packaging the illegal act of amnesty under the emotional disguise of humanitarianism—aided by a mainstream media that neither understands or values liberty or the Constitution while it remains so superficial and incompetent—a transnationally controlled and corrupted mainstream news media bent on ensuring the masses remain unaware to  the great harms coming from such an amnesty while they boldly decieve the world, telling it America is the country it wants to protect by hiding such facts and truths.

 

We recently had to endure the greatest bank robbery in world history with over $10 trillion (double that of Bush) being added to our national debt by Obama as soon as the dust settles, but the last nail in America’s coffin will come under the snake’s beguiling guise of an anti-American leader who tells us all, “Hey, we’re trying to do the right thing—this is not unconstitutional, believe me.”

 

What appears needed is a full scale poltical attack by US citizens on their government toward taking back control—hence the timely arrival of the Tea Party movement should be well embraced. 

 

However, the issues here are dramatically clear, yet so often obfuscated and clouded by both activists on all sides of the issue, as well as by politicians, but especially the anti-American mainstream media that routinely hides the truth and facts rather than report on them toward the betterment of society or the preservation of our country and Constitution.
